Detached Bungalow, Barrs Court Rd

Project managed the whole development at Barrs Court, from drawing board to completion.

A culvert ran near the site so we had to work closely with our architect and Wessex Water to design the home.

We were able to then get planning permission to build a home on the garden plot which was sold in 2009.

Garden Plot, designed by our Architect, keeping in mind a culvert that ran close to property. Negotiations with Wessex Water to build close to the culvert.
