We purchased an existing semi-detached property with large garden and extensively refurbished the existing house and gained planning permission for a two bedroom house to the side which we developed and sold to a private landlord.

Bexley Road is a great example of how Project are experts in both developing homes from the ground up as well as refurbishing existing properties.

We updated the three bedroom home which already existed on this plot. We also worked with our architects to secure planning permission for a new two bedroom property to be built in the large garden which we then sold to a private landlord.

Working with our architects we gained planning permission for our clients for a two bedroom, end of terrace property. Whilst also specifying and complete refurbishment of the existing three bedroom property.
