A pair of semi-detached properties built circa 2015 in Bristol.
Developing in Bristol can often be challenging as there are mine shafts running underground throughout the city.
When applying for planning to develop two, two bedroom homes at Earl Stone Crescent, it transpired one of those mine shafts was close to the plot.
We resolved the problem and managed to go ahead with the development, thanks to our structural engineering partners designing special foundations.
