Downend, South Gloucester

The construction of the 1930s semi-detached home commenced in July 2018 in the need of a complete renovation. Located in Downend, South Gloucester; the renovation was completed in two stages.

The first stage involved the existing dwellings, with an internal renovation undertaken whilst our architects prepared detailed schemes for a new extension. The second stage involved a partial demolition of the existing house to extend the dwelling including a new bespoke and hand-made kitchen diner, garage, and utility room on the ground floor; and a master bedroom including a dressing room and en-suite. A second double bedroom with an en-suite was also renovated upstairs.

The project in total took 11 months from start to finish.
